Hi there, Railyway won't let me cancel my subscription. it also doesnt let me enter the account and the dropdown of the projects also doesnt work. can someone help please

Your subscription is active on the Pro plan. The "Cancel Plan" button is on the Billing page, not the Plans page shown in your screenshot. Try navigating directly to that URL and look for the "Cancel Plan" option in the "Active Plan" section. If the Billing page is also unresponsive, let us know and we can help further.

yeah but when im at the billing it says that only admins can enter. Whilst I am the admin, we have given a developer admin access. We think that he made us not admin anymore, and he is still an admin. I can't change anything about that. How can we resolve this? Because we also don't have contact with him anymore.

Thanks — that explains it. This isn't a billing-page bug; your role was changed, so you've lost the admin access needed to manage billing or members.
We can restore your access, but we need to verify you're the account owner first. From your Railway account email, can you confirm the workspace name ("My Projects") and that the billing card on it is yours (last 4 digits or a recent receipt)? Once confirmed, we'll restore your admin role and remove the other member's access.
