is there a way to reset the dns? i already deleted my app and create another and when i put the domain show marked setup complete and my app offline

no, my domain provider is hostinger and i added ALIAS to my railway app, but im facing something weird because its like instant dns propagation, since i copy the dns record the setup is marked as ok

now i added test.bitguard.me and now is waiting the dns propagation, it like cached my domain

You cant use Hostinger for domains with railway as they don't support root level CNAMES, you can't use an ALIAS, you need to use Cloudflare's nameservers.
