hello, i've created a game, but because of ping i want to move my server to EU (it's closer to me). but it's only possible with pro plan, that costs 20$/month. i use only 20% of CPU and 0.5 GB of memory, i need only EU location from pro plan. is it possible to move my server to EU without paying 20$? i pay only 10$/month for current hobby plan + usage. it will be cheaper if i move my server to another server provider. but i don't want to leave railway 🙂
