I get a derailed screen when I click on my middleware however it appears my database middleware and redis are all up and running fine

The "derailed" page is a client-side crash in our dashboard, not an issue with your services - all three (school-comm-agent, Postgres, Redis) show successful deployments. This appears to be happening on a mobile browser, and our dashboard is best used on a desktop browser. Please try accessing the service page from a desktop browser, and if the issue persists there, let us know.
