We don't have an account merge feature, but since you have access to both accounts you can consolidate manually. For projects, you can transfer them between workspaces from the project settings. For the domain you purchased on the personal account, log into that account and start a transfer out at railway.com/workspace/domains to move it to an external registrar, then add it as a custom domain on the business account. Note that ICANN imposes a 60-day lock on newly registered domains, so if you purchased it recently the transfer won't be available until that window passes. Once everything is moved over, you can delete the personal account from your account settings if you no longer need it.
