I have a hard limit on the service and now I can see "Not Found" page after limit was updated.

How I can get the site back?

I can see

Not Found

Hey, the deployment of your service was most likely removed if you reached your hard limit previously (assuming you are referring to the spending hard limit). Redeploying it / deploying a new instance should bring it back.
