Hello everyone, I know that having written before, I didn’t see the problem with {"code":503,"message":"Database is not ready!"}
The problem is that Postgers won’t start at all, it tells me that there is some kind of problem, here are the screenshots, please help
Why isn't she ready?

Have you tried redeploying it?
It says it crashed 2 days ago.

You can click it, go to the Deployments tab, you will see the crashed deployment

Click the three dots on the right side of the deployment and click 'Redeploy'
