I have completed the CNAME record for www.resumeblast.ai and It has been propogated. How much will it take to activate the SSL for the domain to be active on railways ?

It takes around 24 - 48 hrs for full propagation, but generally you should be able to access your website if configured properly, in 15-20mins.
What is the status currently shown on Railway in networking pane?
