Your domain stockoptions.lol currently resolves to an A record (151.101.2.15) which is not Railway infrastructure, and no TXT verification record was found either. The ALIAS record needs to point to the Railway-provided CNAME value shown in your service's domain settings (it will be in the format xxx.up.railway.app), and the TXT record for ownership verification also needs to be present for the certificate to issue.
