I have tried to access from my cell phone and from my personal computer and in both I have the same error

Your screenshot shows a "Failed to get user info from GitHub" error during login. This typically happens when the OAuth authorization between your GitHub account and Railway is in a bad state. Try going to GitHub Authorized OAuth Apps in your GitHub settings, revoking the Railway app, clearing your browser cookies, and then logging in again.
