I have purchased the Hobby plan so that I can get more CPU and Memory but It's been 6 hours but it's yet to be updated.
It's saying that I got the upgrade but I can only use 500MB and 1 CPU.

I have updated my drive to use the 5GB and 8 CPUs but it's still limited.
I only have 1 instance which I have redeployed and restarted but nothing yet.
I tried adding a new instance but I got the same results so I deleted the new instance.
