Very disappointing that I have raised the issue in private, but no response since last 5 hours and my all the projects not working at all.

I have marked the issue as high priority still the thread has gone unnoticed.

Just to describe here again:

I had subscribed to hobby plan on May 24th and paid $5, the subscription was about to end on June 24 and apart from $5 the remaining usage I had to pay once the month ends.

However, It was showing $5 as pending and on click of Pay pending invoice, it goes to $11.

Also note that as par my usage I have upgraded to pro and while asking for the description of $11 , no reply for 3 days and then suddenly it started showing the trial period ended and all the projects has stopped working or not working as expected(very very slow response).

Also If i try to subscribe again, i am getting pending invoices to be cleared first, for $11 for which I did not get the proper details of how the bill was generated to that much amount(for which usage showing $2 earlier and then $6).

Very disappointed with the Response of Support.

I dont mind paying the outstanding bill, just describe in details how that was generated.

Where everything under $5 is covered to the hobby plan, where was that deduction mentioned.

Give me detailed bill then i can go ahead, but first, identify the invoice and update how its 11.

Hi there - we do not discuss specific billing items in public for security reasons, which is why we made the previous thread private. Unfortunately we cannot continue to upgrade you until the outstanding invoice is paid, as a result of seat pricing and usage, as explained previously.
