hi, i need some information abaout the usage, i have a plan hobby 5 usd, my current usage 25.63 usd, i have to pay this amount??

Railway's Hobby plan consists of a $5 subscription fee, which includes $5 of resource usage, with additional resource usage charged on top. You will be charged for resource usage (and subscription fee renewal) at the end of each billing period.
You have several controls available to help you reduce cost. This includes App Sleeping, Usage Limits, Resource Limits, and using Railway's built-in Private Network to reduce cost. Read more about this in the Optimize Usage section in the Docs.
