I made payment with this same card, and it was successful, but it the subscription expired and now I have made the payment with the same card, but it still has me on trial. Please what is the problem and why has it not been updated after I have been charged on my card.

Your workspace subscription is currently in an inactive state. It appears that a previous payment was missed, which caused the subscription to be cancelled, and the $5 payment on February 15 settled the overdue balance from that prior billing period but did not reactivate the plan. To restore your Hobby plan, you'll need to resubscribe from your workspace billing settings.

but I just made a new payment. and my card has been deducted without me getting a refund. And you want me to make another $5 payment. What will happen to the one that was just deducted from my card?
