Hello Railway Support,
I lost access to my two-factor authentication after changing phones.
My Railway account is connected to my GitHub account, and I can still access the GitHub account normally, but I no longer have access to the authenticator app or recovery codes.
I am a collaborator on my boss’s Railway project and need access to my existing Railway account again.

I am sending this request from another account because I cannot log into my original Railway account.
Could you please help me recover or reset the 2FA for my account?

Since this thread is tied to a different account than the one that needs the 2FA reset, we can't run verification from here. To proceed, please email Railway support from the email address on the account that needs the reset, so the request ties to the correct account and we can verify ownership there.
