Hi,
I lost access to my project after Stripe blocked billing on my account. My MySQL database is frozen and I can't reactivate the subscription.
I created another paid account to transfer the data, but I can't connect to the old one.
Support didn’t reply — please, I just need temporary access to export my database. It’s urgent.

Creating another paid account will not work. If Stripe is blocking you, please wait and try again

I’ll flag in the team here, they may be able to issue you a refund for the second account you created, as well as help you get back into your first account

Hi Eric, I've replied to you in our other threads but the issue seems to be that your bank has declined the payment. Our billing portal mentions: "You previously attempted to charge this card. When the customer's bank declined that payment, it directed Stripe to block future attempts."
Could you please contact them to get this sorted?
