I'm encountering a 502 error when trying to access my project's link hosted on Railway. When attempting to access a public URL (web-production-9078.up.railway.app), I receive a 502 error response, meaning the server was unable to process the request.

Error summary:

502 error accessing the server.

The project was recently deployed and is live, but it's not responding correctly.

Build and deployment logs: The deployment was successful, but the service appears to be unresponsive. The following are the logs showing the recent deployment:

Successful deployment (successful deployment), but the error persists when trying to access a public URL. Environment variables: I've confirmed that environment variables such as PORT are set correctly, but the problem persists.

Your service was operating normally and returning 200 responses until around 21:57 UTC on May 19, but we experienced a major platform-wide service disruption starting at 02:25 UTC on May 20, which has since been resolved at 07:57 UTC. Your service has produced no logs since the outage, which indicates it was affected. Please trigger a redeploy from your service's dashboard to restore it.

To redeploy, open your service in the Railway dashboard, go to the Deployments tab, click the three dots (⋮) next to your most recent deployment, and select Redeploy. This will create a fresh deployment with the same code and should restore your service after the recent outage. Please note that we can only provide support in English going forward.
