Hello Highway Support team,

I’m having an issue with my GitHub integration on Highway after changing my GitHub account details.

What changed on GitHub:

  • I updated the email address associated with my GitHub account

  • I also changed my GitHub username

What’s happening on Highway:

  • Highway still shows my old GitHub username

  • When I try to import/connect a new repository, my new repositories do not appear

  • Because of this, I can’t deploy/update my project(s) on Highway, even when using my updated email/username

Context:
Previously, I had projects on Highway already connected to GitHub repositories under the old username.

Request:
Could you please help me make Highway reflect my updated GitHub account and resync my repositories?
If needed, I’m okay with disconnecting/reconnecting the GitHub integration—please advise the correct steps or reset it on your side.

Hello,

Can you make sure you have given the Railway App bot access to your repositories?

GitHub Settings -> Applications -> Railway App -> Configure -> Repository access

Then please go into your Railway account and unlink and relink the GitHub integration.
