Worth to mention the help button doesn't seem to work from the failed deployment. The diagnostic output is:
All builds for this service are failing due to a Railway build infrastructure error. The build daemon loses track of jobs immediately after receiving the snapshot, returning an internal "no such job" RPC error before any code is compiled. This has affected 8 consecutive deployments across multiple commits since April 30. Please reach out to Railway support.
