I have an application developed in Flask. I have several environments in my project. Each environment is a different customer. I use Z-Api to receive requests on my endpoint so I can process messages and respond to users. Lately it's been happening that Z-Api is sending requests and I'm not receiving anything. They said they send it, but they don't receive a response and the request ends up in a queue. However, there is no way for my code to respond if I am not receiving the requests. I've been using Railway for a while and everything was working perfectly... suddenly this started happening. Can anyone help me?

According to its Fair Use Guidelines, Railway does not allow userbots. Could Z-API be considered a userbot?

If by chance I can't use Z-Api, won't I also be able to use Meta's Waba API?

I would like to have support from Railway regarding this. It's a problem that's affecting all my clients. The only form of support I can find is through this forum. I need urgent help! Does anyone know how I can achieve this?

I'm sorry but we cannot provide support for 3rd party APIs, you would want to get in contact with Z-API.
The issues you are facing aren't related to the Railway platform or service.
