I'm getting the 'Oh No' message and told to get help here. Any suggestions? Do I need to be on like the Hobby Plan?

I deleted all other projects and it is working now!

btw: it looks like you need a scroll bar to find the 'Danger' section. I had to zoom out on the browser to find it?
