I have done that and seems from my card I have been deducted same amout 5 times

Your card was charged $1 a few times, these are verification charges that will be returned.

how do I follow up? and can the charges be used in hobby subscription?

You will need to sign up to the Hobby plan with a supported card, VISA, MasterCard, Amex, etc.

Am using VISA and everytime I sign up I get a deduction with prepaid not allowed error

Prepaid cards are not supported, please use a bank issued card.
