When deploying, the build fails, I want to see why but I can't, since the Build Logs are unavailable. This happens on the CLI too.

We had an issue where logs were getting delayed or dropped. We apologize that you encountered this and we have since resolved it! Please let me know if on any new deploys you encounter this issue and we'll look into it!
