It looks like you subscribed and requested a refund which we approved. When we issue a refund, we cancel your subscription right away.

If you unintentionally requested the refund, please re-subscribe to continue using Railway.

I do not want my subscription to be cancelled. The money was deducted from my credit card twice, one was refunded, but the other one should be refunded. I want to subscribe with that money.

Your previous payment was for usages you incurred - that was an unpaid invoice from last year. When you re-subscribed, we charged you for it, and activated a new subscription that costs $5/mo (which you subsequently refunded, causing the subscription cancellation).

If you look at the breakdown of the invoice you were charged for, you can see the breakdown says it's usage for Nov~Dec 2023.

Yep! So if you look at the invoice that wasn't refunded, you'll see a breakdown that says you were charged for CPU/Memory/etc. - those were usages incurred during your last active subscription period that wasn't billed for when you cancelled it previously. Re-activating your subscription triggered our billing system to charge you for that.

Anyway, I've added $5 credits to your account, so it's effectively a "refund" :-) You can see your available credits on https://railway.app/account/usage.
