I moved a large chunk of my services to metal (apart from databases due to the volume issue) but whenever i check if i am eligible for the discounts it still says 76%
Can you tell me whats the issue or what i am missing?

Hey there, we haven't come across any any bugs in our percentage calculation but you can start migrating to metal volumes if you'd like by enabling the "Metal Volumes" feature flag https://railway.com/account/feature-flags
I'd highly recommend having a recent backup before you do the migration
