Since I moved to the hobby plan today (after my usage limit was reeached) it seems it is stuck on publishing image.
Anyway it also seems the version is very old that is currently available

Hey! This appears to be a visual bug. You'll notice that your deployment is already active and running but the "publishing image" is stuck in pending.
Sorry bout that, I've ticketed a fix for this.
