The application I deployed, the creators said that it will create a PostgreSQL database automatically. But it didn't. Please make me one.

If you deployed a template then it might be worth contacting the template creators. However, you can always just create the database yourself by right-clicking in the project, then selecting database, and then choosing which database you want to deploy.
