I need to access my n8n workflow

My project is paused after trial expiration and I cannot access my n8n instance or database.

I only need temporary access (even 10–15 minutes) to export my workflows.

Please briefly re-enable the service or database so I can retrieve my data.

This is urgent as I otherwise lose all workflows.

I am very untalented technically and just need to export my n8n workflow please

Your workspace subscription is currently inactive, which is why your services are paused. We are not able to temporarily re-enable individual services, but you can subscribe to the Hobby plan ($5/month), export your n8n workflows, and then cancel immediately from the same billing page if you no longer need the plan. Your volume data is retained for 30 days after trial expiration, so acting soon is important to ensure your data is still available.

I cannot pay the upgrade, my card declines. I contacted my card issuer and they said that "Visa liste RAILWAY as a frraudulant merchant after receiving many complaints that resulted in being automatically blocked for transactions". I just want my workflow back since my whole business relies on it. I don't mind subscribing to any of the plans, but just allow me to!

The card decline is coming from your bank or card issuer, not from us. We process payments through Stripe, and some banks occasionally flag transactions. The best path forward is to try a different credit card from a different issuer. Once payment goes through, your services will resume and you can export your n8n workflows. Your volume data is retained for 30 days after trial expiration, so there is still time.
