i've a free plan now on Railway, but I used to have a paid plan running some database and services, and I'd like to recover them.
Is it possible to recover the data without having to pay a plan again ?

Your database volumes still exist, but since your subscription is inactive, the services are stopped and you can't connect to them. To access your data, you'll need to resubscribe to a paid plan at your billing settings. Once your workspace is active again, your databases will come back online with the volume data intact and you can export it.
