I am disputing the ban applied to my corporate account (username:jbrito72, BGR Group – Ecuador) and request an immediate review. This account is fully legitimate, paid with a corporate credit card, and consistently spending $40–$50 monthly. It supports mission‑critical business systems (ERP, payroll, SRI‑compliant invoicing, foreign trade, manufacturing).
The ban appears to be a false positive triggered by repeated verification requests from different cities by a legitimate team member.
Impact: The ban shut down 12 production services, including legally required invoicing systems, causing severe disruption and financial damage.
Request:
- Immediate reinstatement of the corporate account (highest priority).
- Written explanation of the ban trigger.
- Guidance on proper multi‑developer access setup.
