To move the project to your company's account, first invite that account as a member from the project's settings (Members tab), then use the three dots next to that member and choose Transfer Ownership. The recipient gets an email and has 24 hours to accept, and picks the workspace the project lands in. If the company workspace is one you're already an Admin of, you can instead use the Transfer Project button on the project's Settings page. Details are in our project transfer docs.

Transfers require an active Hobby or Pro subscription on both the source and the destination. Your personal workspace currently has no active subscription and an outstanding balance, so you'll need to pay the open invoice and resubscribe from your workspace billing page before the transfer will go through. The company workspace also needs an active Hobby or Pro plan.
