i paid for hobby plan , Railway took my money from Truemoney wallet , but nothing happen my money just gone , no billing history in the website but in Truemoney wallet it does have , how to fix this

Those are $1 USD charges, they are verification charges and will be automatically returned in 5 - 10 business days.
But the upgrade was not successful because Stripe is telling me that there were insufficient funds.

The reason we are getting is because of insufficient funds, you will need to contact your card issuer to sort that out with them.
