Hi Franco,
Your subscription was cancelled by Railway due to non-payment. Before cancelling your subscription, Railway attempted to charge your card on multiple occasions and sent you several emails to notify you of service disruption in the event the invoice was not paid.
The invoice you paid was your outstanding invoice for the billing period Jul 4 - Aug 4. Now that you've paid it, you can create a new subscription to resume using Railway.
