Hi Railway,

I have issue of not able to login to my old account (which is deleted already). When I try to login again, I did not receive the 6 digits code from Magic.

Turns out that I have issue on subdomain mapping to my already deleted instance in Railway, and when I've updated the A / CNAME mapping to new IP in my domain provider dashboard, the new subdomain is still pointing to railway's server.

would you mind to help un-assign it if there is such scheme/flow at your please?

We can remove the domain for you, but we need to verify the ownership first.

Please add a _railway.verify TXT record for the domain with the value k9v3m7p2

Once done, please let us know and then we will verify, after verification we will remove the domain for you.

For domains tied to closed accounts, I need a bit more to verify before releasing. Reply with:

  1. The original Railway account email that owned the project
  2. Confirmation that you currently control the DNS for scm.missglam.id (no TXT record needed, just confirmation)

Once I can match those up, I'll detach the domain from our side and you'll be able to add it to a new project.

We checked and scm.missglam.id is not attached to any project or account in our system, so there is nothing to release on our side. Your DNS still has a stale CNAME record pointing to 30toz0o3.up.railway.app from the old deleted account. Remove that CNAME at your DNS provider, and the domain is free to use wherever you'd like, including on a new Railway project.
