My Laravel service connected to GitHub is behaving strangely. When I push new code, the build completes successfully, but the service never comes online. Instead, it keeps looping between stopping and starting.

Because of this, I duplicated the service for my site. The new service works fine, but the original one can’t be opened anymore. When I try to delete it, it stays stuck on “deleting” and never completes.
