I upgraded from free to Hobby, expecting to be able to use the service, but I still can't. Help!

I was trying to do the same thing as a free user, but it kept telling me that the resources for free users had been exceeded. That's why I upgraded my account to a hobby account.

There was no message saying I wouldn't be able to do what I wanted if I upgraded. Now that I've paid to be a hobby user, I'm having the same problem. You could have displayed a message saying the service was unavailable, and I wouldn't have had to subscribe. Can you give me access so I can do what I wanted, or refund me since you can't provide the service?

Deploys are temporarily paused across the platform due to an ongoing infrastructure issue affecting all users regardless of plan. This is not related to your account tier, and we understand the frustration of upgrading right before this happened. Your Hobby subscription is active with $5.00 in included credits, and once deploys resume you'll be able to create databases and deploy services normally. We're actively working to restore full deploy capacity as quickly as possible, and we apologize for the inconvenience.

How long do I have to wait? Do you have an estimate?

Apologies for this canned message but in an effort to help all our customers get back up and running, we are sending this bulk message. As you may know, we had a major interruption to our services yesterday. We've published a post-mortem if you'd like more information on the incident. It describes what happened and what we are doing to prevent it in the future. We are deeply sorry for the impact that it has had on you.

It is taking some time to bring everything back up, but we are working on it as fast as we can. In general, a redeployment should fix most service issues. Due to the volume of customers redeploying right now, builds and deploys may take longer than normal to process.

You can track recovery status here: https://status.railway.com/incident/KVZ1Z8GY

If you are still having other issues that might be related to the incident you can read more here: https://station.railway.com/community/road-to-recovery-post-gcp-outage-builds-d362e48c

Feel free to respond if your question has not been addressed.
