I upgraded my account from free to hobby, and now deployments are halted. my work is due today.

I upgraded my plan today for a project I am working on because the free trial was going to expire before the last day that I need access to it. When I made the upgrade, all deployments were halted on my account so I can't make the changes that I was attempting to make. My project is due today so I need to be able to fix the issues today.

Your Hobby plan is active and the $5 payment succeeded. When a trial expires before upgrading, existing deployments are stopped and not automatically restarted by the plan change. You can bring your service back online by clicking the three-dot menu on your most recent deployment and selecting "Redeploy" (docs). If you instead see a "Limited Access" banner in your dashboard, that means Hobby-tier deployments are temporarily queued during a high-traffic period, and they will automatically process once capacity is restored.
