You need to add a TXT record to _railway-verify.octosea.com.
Also, make sure to remove any conflicting A/AAAA/CNAME records from octosea.com except for the CNAME record Railway has provided you.

I would make sure that the device you're accessing the site with has the correct date and time.

Looks like your DNS provider doesn't allow root CNAME records. In this case, I would recommend migrating to Cloudflare's DNS service as they support CNAME flattening (using CNAME records on root domains).

You can ignore the message. It's just Cloudflare telling you how they did it.

It usually finishes within the hour but in some rare cases it may take up to a day for Railway to validate the DNS records and issue a certificate.
