Hello, my account was banned for 'Multi-accounting' when I tried to sync a GitHub repository. I've been an active paying user (Hobby/Pro Plan) for several months. The error occurred because I tried to sync a pull request from a repository owned by someone other than my Railway account. When I did this, the system detected my Git metadata (an old email address) and automatically blocked my current paid account. There was no intention to circumvent any rules; it was simply an oversight in not updating the user.email in my local Git configuration before syncing. As a legitimate customer with a payment history, I request a manual review of my case to restore my workspace.
