Currently my backend running on US region, I want to change it to Singapore(Asia-friendly). But there is no option for Singapore region.

Hello,

At this time the Singapore region is only available on the Pro plan, but we are working towards making it available to Hobby users.

Unfortunately at this time you would need to upgrade to the Pro plan for that region.
