I want to launch laravel web-service crypto-tracker, but after deploying and setting variables in .env it says that couldn't connect to mysql database and when you launch the service (URL adress is https://crypto-tracker-production-7b89.up.railway.app/) it shows SQLSTATE[HY000] [2002] Connection refused (Connection: mysql, SQL: select * from sessions where id = jnV4YcY3ojkMpNDlwuDbCwodMfOuXOrcH4gHayMf limit 1)
