Hobby plan is $5/month recurring until you cancel, so at minimum you will be charged $5/month. This gets you $5 of credit to use on resource usage included with the plan. Plan credits don't carry over into the next month, so once your billing cycle restarts, you will be set back to $5 of included usage.
