I was charged second time after downgrade of my subscription plan

Hi, I had a project with my team, but after the project was closed, I decided to keep a railway account for hobby purposes. Yesterday, I was charged for the PRO plan (for Mar 20 – Apr 20, 2025) because I forgot to downgrade earlier. I decided to downgrade my subscription now, and I received an invoice for the hobby plan. Why do I need to pay a second time for an already paid month? Is it possible to request a refund of $5 or $20?
