I was kindly helped by customer service for excess funds in a Pro bill.
But when I logged in this morning I found my account downgraded to Trial and all services reverted to trial capacity.
I then re-upgraded to Pro but was charged based on the old pricing, racking up a large bill again based on team seats while all my services are deployed on Metal.
I have a business running on Railway and need to ensure performant uptime, so couldn't leave the plan on Trial to wait for a response to the initial customer service thread.
Please help.
