Now my apps will not work i cannot use v1 anymore

Hey so i deploy and all is well, but domain shows 503, previously i would switch to legacy runtime and boom fixed. My project tis deployed if you wanna see I can give you app id

That's not an issue with the runtime, that's a misconfiguration on your part, please read this docs page -
