i found out hat my deployments are paused because there is a limit , but i have 0 users and i only test it by myself i dont exceed 8 gb of ram , or cpu to be billed more than 5 dollars , can you please explain how consumed ram is counted because i ve been alays at 2 gb ram hile ihave 8 and still ram cost me 9 dollars

What limit did you pass? This sounds to me like you surpassed your usage limit. If this is the case you can just increase it and continue the services. You can find your usage limit in your usage tab to confirm whether my suspicions are cocrrect or not
