This is a backend data integrity issue that requires Railway support to clean up. The iad region was deprecated and shouldn't be in any active configs.
You'll need to contact Railway support with your project ID (af230c94-fdf2-4bf8-aaf5-c6666bf224b5) and ask them to remove the iad region from the album-tracker service. Once they do, I'll be able to access your GitHub connection details and help with code changes.
Sorry for the friction—this is an edge case on the backend side.

The iad region is a legacy pre-Metal region, and you can update it yourself without any backend intervention. Open your album-tracker service, go to Settings, find the "Regions" field under the "Scale" section, and select one of the current Metal regions (US West, US East, EU West, or Southeast Asia). This will trigger a new deployment on the updated region. Your latest deployment is currently in a FAILED state, so switching to a supported Metal region and redeploying should resolve the stale region config.

It looks like your project may have been deleted, but I wanted to flag that we found a bug that was resulting in users like your configuration not being able to see the region selector. This has been resolved and you (if your project wasnt deleted) should see it now.
