Only my email can push to my Github org. So there is no way anyone else can push to it and never before I has this issue of having to approve deployments.
For some reason railway is detecting the email account of another startup I am part of as contributor.
How to fix this.

Can you try unlinking and then linking back the Railway app on your github account

I wonder if that will change anything, but can you try that so I can escalate this to the team afterwards?

Strangly enough, you do not have a GitHub account linked to the Railway account that is a part of that workspace

Try disconnecting and reconnecting

I've removed the assosation, please go and link your GitHub account again.
On clicking invite user I am seeing the other Email ID which is also fine and that has a Railway account as well. I am not sure how that is coming here.

This is something i’ve been trying to solve for years at work. We don’t use Railway, but every single commit to one repo through a BI tool registers as one user

Do the commits show as you in Github? or as the other user

Would you like me to disable needs appoval all together?
We do not have any external contributors and all the team members have railway accounts since we upgraded to the pro plan

Done, anything under your workspace will not need approval anymore
