if I upgrade to the hobby plan, is there a way to cap usage at 5$ a month? This is really a proof of concept for potential employers, so I expdct hardly anyone to visit it, but I wouldnt like any surprise bills? is there a cap by default or a way to configure it to shut down by projects after the 5$ hobby limit?
