How do I stop getting the "Image Auto Upgraded" emails? I get them almost daily for each one of my projects

You can silence those emails by creating a custom notification rule: set "ServiceInstance Auto Updated" to "None" for each project. If you also want to stop the auto-updates themselves, go to each service's Settings page, find the Source section, and remove the auto-update configuration.
